Pony Pub Preferred Referral Program

$150 per qualifying wedding or special-event booking.

A qualifying reservation requires an eligible referral under these terms, a booking confirmed by Pony Pub, and successful processing of the required reservation deposit. An inquiry, quote, tentative date hold, or unpaid reservation does not qualify.

Your referral check will be mailed within 30 days after both the qualifying booking is confirmed and the required deposit is successfully processed. This is a mailing deadline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pony Pub may request the information reasonably necessary to issue and document the payment, including tax information when legally required.

The program is available to wedding and event service professionals.

A complete referral must be received through this form before the prospective client’s first inquiry with Pony Pub about the event. A prior inquiry from a partner, host, company representative, or another person acting for that same event also counts. This referral submission itself does not count as a prior client inquiry.

Referrals cannot be backdated or claimed retroactively after an inquiry or booking. A saved Referral Number confirms receipt only; eligibility remains subject to review.

Referral submission does not guarantee Pony Pub availability, acceptance of the event, or a completed reservation.

Referral payments do not apply to:

Existing Pony Pub bookings, clients already in the booking process, clients who have already contacted Pony Pub regarding the event, duplicate referrals, or self-referrals.

One underlying event qualifies for no more than one $150 referral payment in total. This limit applies across all referring professionals, businesses, venue staff, clients, partners, hosts, and other contacts connected to that event.

When multiple professionals refer the same event, the first complete referral that meets all eligibility requirements takes priority. Pony Pub uses its server-recorded receipt time, not the sender’s device time. If recorded times match, the earlier saved record in Pony Pub’s records takes priority. An earlier incomplete or ineligible submission does not reserve a claim.

Changing a name, contact person, email address, phone number, event type, date, time, location, invoice, or booking number does not create another reward for the same event. Multiple forms, vendors, services, deposits, contracts, or add-ons for that event do not create additional referral payments.

Referral rewards are not split or stacked between professionals or combined with another referral commission for the same event. A genuinely separate future event may be considered separately if it independently meets all program requirements.

Pony Pub reviews conflicting claims against referral records, client confirmation, prior inquiries, and booking records before authorizing a payment. Repeated submissions do not improve a claim’s priority.

The referring professional must provide accurate identifying and contact information for the prospective client together with the available event date, time, and event details.

A complete, eligible referral must be received before the first client inquiry and linked to the associated event. To correct an existing referral, contact Pony Pub with its Referral Number; do not submit a second claim. A material correction does not backdate information that was previously missing or inaccurate.

The referring professional must have permission from the prospective client to provide identifying and contact information to Pony Pub for referral tracking. This submission does not authorize Pony Pub to initiate contact. The prospective client should contact Pony Pub directly regarding the event.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

A client may not directly or indirectly generate a referral payment from their own Pony Pub booking, including through a partner, household member, business they control, or another person submitting on their behalf.

False information, duplicate referrals, artificial bookings, intentional scheduling manipulation, self-referrals, or other attempts to improperly obtain referral compensation may result in disqualification.

Program abuse may also disqualify the referring professional from future participation in the Preferred Referral Program.

Pony Pub reserves the right to review conflicting or potentially fraudulent referral claims and determine eligibility based upon the available referral and booking records.

Required Pony Pub reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Event dates may be changed when requested, subject to Pony Pub availability.

Rescheduling, canceling and rebooking the same underlying event, or changing its booking reference does not create a second referral payment.

A failed, refunded, or reversed deposit does not satisfy the payment requirement. A disputed deposit or unresolved referral claim will be reviewed before a check is issued. If a dispute delays an otherwise qualifying reward past its mailing deadline, payment will be issued promptly after resolution; this does not create an additional reward.

Referral payments issued in error, paid more than once for the same event, or obtained through false information are subject to correction and a request for repayment.

Pony Pub operates exclusively as a dry-hire mobile bartending service.

Alcohol is not included.

Clients are responsible for purchasing, transporting, and supplying any and all alcoholic beverages for their event.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests who are 21 years of age or older.

Valid identification may be required before alcoholic beverages are served.

Pony Pub reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service when appropriate or legally required.

Participation in the Preferred Referral Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship with Pony Pub.

Referring professionals may not make commitments, guarantees, or representations on Pony Pub’s behalf.

Pony Pub LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client, guest, or participant for unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive conduct, violation of these terms, or any other lawful business reason.

Pony Pub may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Preferred Referral Program at any time.

Qualifying referrals properly submitted before a program change or discontinuation will remain eligible according to the referral terms in effect when the referral was submitted.
